We are now seeking highly motivated, creative, technical people as Financial Application Developers in our Burlingame office, to build out the depth and breadth of our fund of funds accounting and operations product.

Responsibilities:

  • Build out our fund-of-hedge-fund application, using java and a world-class development platform.
    • Functional design
    • Technical design
    • Development
    • Documentation
    • Test
    • Release
  • Communicate regularly with our implementation teams, train them on new features, help analyze accounting issues they confront

Requirements:

  • Domain experience in general ledger accounting, portfolio management, partnership accounting or related area
  • 4+ years programming experience in Java and some 4-GL application building tools
  • SQL skills, preferably with Microsoft SQLServer
  • Experience in enterprise application development
  • Must be able to translate functional requirements and designs into technical designs
  • Self motivated, ability to work in a small team with minimal supervision
